At Turkish Light Academy, we are proud to continue education in Uganda. We recognize that one of our primary aims is to prepare our students for the modern age beyond school. As such, we aim to combine the qualities and values of a positive attitude to change.

We aim to ensure that all members of this Academy see themselves as a part of a community whose success depends on each individual serving and respecting the needs and values of others, as well as themselves.

We also recognize that high achievement in academic terms is crucial, excellence and success in co-curriculum activities and the many other extracurricular activities offered is also vital. As a result, we at Turkish Light Academy aim to provide a broad and balanced curriculum with a view to developing the skills, talents and potential of the whole person. We are especially concerned to ensure that each student has the confidence to take command of his own future and to be a self-managing, reflective and responsible member of society.
